Terms of Service

Control Plane is part of the atef.dev family of apps. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect you.

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. A single atef.dev account works across our apps. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

You retain ownership of the content and data you put into Control Plane. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, process, and show that content back to you in order to operate the Service. Your data is scoped to your own account and is not shared with other users unless you explicitly choose to share it.

Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the Service, or upload malicious code. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may modify or discontinue it. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ionite Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
